Orders and Shipping
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours and use DPD’s 2 Day service. Most orders will arrive within 2 working days, but in some circumstances may take up to 4 working days.
You will have the option to create an account during checkout. We limit account registration to the checkout to minimise spam and registrations from bots.
Get in touch by phone, email or WhatsApp as soon as possible and we will update the delivery address on your order. If your order has already been dispatched unfortunately we will have to wait for DPD to return the item before we can reship it.
See the Order Tracking page to track your order. Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number and link to track progress of your delivery with DPD.
We do not store any sensitive information, including credit or debit card information. We use third party payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, to securely process payments.
We are currently only shipping within the UK. We are, however, looking at expanding our business to the rest of Europe soon.
If you need to change or cancel an order please get in touch as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can amend or cancel your order right away. If you wish to change or cancel your order after it has been dispatched we will need to wait until it has been delivered to arrange a return or exchange.
